馬渡裕子個展「架空の伝記-Eponyms-」

　2008年4月25日から30日までの6日間、仙台市の東北工業大学一番町ロビー（ニッセイ仙台ビル1Ｆ）にて油彩画家馬渡裕子の個展を開催いたします。
　作家が無意識のうちに紡ぎ出した愛らしい、ときに奇妙なクリーチャー（生き物）たちは、固有名詞を与えられて私たちの深層の物語を誘発します。
　テーマを現代社会のクライシスとするか、幼少期へのノスタルジーとするか、魂の見取り図とするか・・・読み込む物語はそれぞれの自由。
　あなたも不思議な馬渡ワールドの住人となって、想像力を働かせ、魅力的なクリーチャーたちを主人公にそれぞれの「架空の伝記」を紡いでください。

Yuko Mawatari creates lovely, but mysterious creatures. Her art comes alive inside her mind and by giving names to the characters they spark deeply hidden stories in each viewer.
The theme of your story could be the crisis of modern society, nostalgia for your childhood or a blueprint of your soul….it is up to you.
You will become a resident of Mawatari’s world.
You can create your own “Imaginary Life Stories” with her adorable creatures as the main character.
